Refund policy
All Sales Are Final
All artwork sales are considered final. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of fine art and collectible objects, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
Buyer Responsibility & Due Diligence
It is the buyer’s responsibility to:
-
Review all available images, descriptions, and condition notes
-
Request additional photographs, measurements, or documentation prior to purchase
-
Ask any questions regarding condition, provenance, framing, or presentation before checkout
Minor imperfections, age-related wear, condition of the verso, or evidence of prior handling are not considered defects and are typical for artworks and vintage or historic objects that weather or patina over time.
Purchases made without requesting additional information are assumed to be made with full acceptance of the artwork’s condition.
Condition & Authenticity
All works are described to the best of our knowledge and belief at the time of sale.
-
Condition descriptions are subjective and reflect professional opinion, not guarantees
-
No artwork is sold as “mint” unless explicitly stated
-
All attributions and provenance is made in good faith and provided as a courtesy. Statements regarding dates, attribution, provenance, or timelines should not be considered a guarantee of accuracy
No refunds will be issued due to dissatisfaction with condition that was visible, disclosed, or reasonably expected based on age and medium.

-
The buyer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
-
Damage must be documented with photographs of the packaging, packing materials, and artwork

All original packing materials must be retained
Shipping damage claims are handled through the carrier’s insurance process and do not constitute a return.
No Refunds for Shipping, Handling, or Fees
All shipping, handling, packing, crating, and insurance fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
