Vincent Alexander Walker (1902 - 1985)

Vincent Alexander Walker was an American artist and educator whose work combined disciplined draftsmanship with a refined sensitivity to character and form. A co-founder of the Dutchess County Art Association, Walker contributed to the cultural life of New York’s Hudson Valley while developing a body of portraits and figurative works marked by dignity, restraint, and quiet psychological presence.
